March Birthstone: Aquamarine

Aquamarine gets its name from the Latin term for seawater. It is the Birthstone for March as well as the recommended stone for couples who have reached their 19th Anniversary. 

This stone has a beautiful pale blue or sometimes blue-green/aqua color- hence its name. It is a delicate hue which allows it to be paired with almost anything. Aquamarine looks impressive in the rough and faceted state.
